CCF NSW Document Shop Terms and Conditions
- Definitions
1.1. Documents – refers to any templates, manuals, procedures, forms, or related materials purchased from us in electronic format from the CCF NSW Document Shop.
1.2. Electronic Delivery – The method by which Documents are delivered via email, download link, or other electronic means.
1.3. Business Day – A Day on which banks are open for business in New South Wales, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2.1. All prices are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise specified.
2.2. You are responsible for any bank fees, transaction charges, or currency conversion costs applied by your financial institution.
2.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our approved payment methods.
2.4. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
2.5. Following payment, you will receive a tax invoice to the email address provided. - Electronic Delivery
3.1. Documents will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase once payment has been confirmed, if documents are not received on the same business day, contact CCF NSW, docshop@ccfnsw.com or 02 9009 4000.
3.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is correct and capable of receiving large attachments or download links.
3.3. We are not liable for delays caused by technical issues beyond our control, including but not limited to email filtering, server downtime, or internet outages. You may need to adjust your email settings or mark our email address as safe to ensure delivery.
3.4. Files must be downloaded within 30 days of receiving the link. If documents are not downloaded within 30 days, the link will become inactive, and documents will need to be repurchased.
3.5. Documents are provided in Microsoft Word; it is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software to open and use them.
3.6. CCF NSW makes every effort to ensure Documents are free of macro viruses that execute malicious code, you are responsible for ensuring your device has appropriate virus protection before downloading any documents. - License and Permitted Use
4.1. Upon purchase you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Documents for your own business purposes.
4.2. You may modify the Documents for your internal use but must not:
• Sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make the Documents available to any third party.
• Post the Documents on any public website or file-sharing platform.
4.3. All copyright and intellectual property rights remain with CCF NSW.
4.4. Your purchase entitles you to the version of the Document current at the time of purchase. Updates are not included. Where new versions are released, they may be offered for separate purchase. - No Guarantee of Compliance
5.1. The Documents are provided as general templates and guidance only. They do not constitute legal or professional advice.
5.2. You are responsible for ensuring that the Documents are appropriate for your business, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and are implemented correctly.
5.3. We make no representation or warranty that the Documents will ensure compliance with work health and safety laws, environmental laws, quality standards, or any other legal or regulatory requirements. - Australian Consumer Law
6.1. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). - Refunds
7.1. Due to the nature of electronic documents, refunds will not be provided once the Documents have been delivered, except as required under the ACL. - Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from:
• Use or misuse of the Documents.
• Errors, omissions, or outdated content within the Documents.
• Any reliance placed on the Documents without obtaining appropriate professional advice.
• The Documents not being used in conjunction with site inspections and risk assessments.
8.2. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Documents. - Privacy
9.1. We collect, use, and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available from the CCF NSW website.
9.2. By purchasing our Documents, you consent to our use of your personal information to process your order, to provide after-sales support, provide information about updates to products and contact you regarding CCF NSW Membership.
9.3. You may opt out of these communications at any time.
9.4. We may share your personal information with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors, hosting providers, and email delivery platforms) to provide our services.
9.5. Some of these third parties may be located outside Australia, e.g. United States, European Union. By using our website, you consent to your information being disclosed to overseas recipients.
9.6. While we take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee how those recipients will use your information. - Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
10.2. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
These terms and conditions are effective from 1 October 2025.
