How do I get the documents?

Your documents will be available for download from the website once your payment has been completed. You will also be emailed a link to your documents that you can download.

How do I download the documents?

You can click on the link with the document name, this can be done from either the webpage or the email.

What does the document expiry date mean? What happens when they expire?

Documents will expire for download 30 days after purchase. Once you have downloaded the documents, you will always have access to that document.

Can I change the documents?

Yes. The documents are downloaded in word or excel. Once you received the document, you are free to edit the document, update the document to suit your business, add your business logo and update the document name and number to suit your business system.

Can I preview the documents?

The only document you can preview is the contents page of the Integrated Management System (IMS) manual.

Are all the relevant documents included in the pack?

If you purchase a document pack, you will receive the documents that are listed. Some documents in the pack may refer to relevant documents that are not provided in the document pack. These documents can either be purchases separately, or you can use your existing system documents.

What if I purchased the wrong document?

Unfortunately, once you have purchased and received the document, you will not be able to exchange or refund the product.

If there are updates to the documents, how will I know?

CCF NSW members will be notified of legislative changes and new documents via the Civil Update. If you have previously purchased the document, you will be notified if there has been an update to the document.

How do I get a member price?

To receive the member price, your business must be a member of CCF NSW. If you are not a member and would like to join, please click here.

I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

Make sure you are able to receive emails from docshop@ccfnsw.com, check your junk folder.

How do I obtain a tax invoice?

You will receive a copy of the tax invoice with your order email.

Is the Management System AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018 compliant?

The content of the Management Systems have been aligned with key elements from AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018 (Australian and New Zealand Standard) and the Work Health and Safety Acts and Regulations.
