On Saturday, 10 May 2025, QMC Group celebrated a major milestone – 30 years of continuous operations and what a night it was!
The celebration hosted at the magnificent grounds of Curzon Hall was certainly one for the books with a splash of magic by Australia’s leading magician, Adam Mada.
Family, friends, colleagues and strategic partners came together to celebrate QMC’s three decades of success, its people and the contributions that have made it all possible.
From their humble beginnings in 1995, when father and son, Joe and Steven Commisso established QMC Group in the basement of a home in Baulkham Hills, it has evolved significantly.
The Gala Dinner was an evening filled with celebration, dancing and honouring exceptional employee service milestones of five, 10 and 15+ years. It also celebrated the company’s impressive average employee tenure of 5.4 years!
As QMC embraces their fourth decade, it remains grounded in strong family values and their commitment to continuous improvement, building excellence, safety and improving communities.
QMC Group Managing Director, Steven Commisso said: “When we started QMC Group on the 10th of May 1995, I never could have imagined what we’ve built today. We look back with pride on the achievements we’ve reached, the projects we’ve delivered, the communities we’ve improved, the strong friendships and camaraderie we have. But more important is the opportunities and the excitement we feel for what comes next.”
