Chain of Responsibility Documents

The Chain of Responsibility (CoR) is part of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) in Australia. CoR ensures that every party in the transport supply chain, not just the driver, is aware of their responsibilities for road safety and compliance, and that business practices do not encourage or require breaches of road transport laws.
