Contract Administration Fundamentals

CCF NSW members, please ensure you are logged in to our Member Portal to register.

On a construction project, strong contract administration is the most effective tool available to contractors to protect entitlements to time and cost. Failure to comply with contractual notice requirements will often result in the rejection of claims and can lead to major disputes.

To protect entitlements across multiple projects, it is critical for contractors to have an expert-level understanding of their contract administration obligations.

This webinar will cover key considerations for contractors seeking to improve knowledge and skill in contract administration, and will include discussion on:
• Key contractual provisions
• Common pitfalls
• Case studies
• Best practice procedures
