After consulting with industry on their development, the Resources and Infrastructure Industry’s SSO, PwC, has released proposed changes to the Training Package. The following projects have been worked on:

• 1B Traffic Management
• 1F Supervisors
• 1G Bituminous Surfacing 
• 2A Trenchless Technology
• 2F Emergency Response and Rescue

And reforms are proposed which include:

- Revised Training products (64 revised units of competency, 9 new units of competency; 1 new qualification; and 4 revised units of competency)
- Draft RII Implementation Guide Version 4.0 and appendix
- AQF alignment tables
- RII credit transfer arrangements.
